Mahadev Mobiles stands behind every phone and accessory we sell. This page explains how warranty works for new and pre-owned devices purchased from our store in Tiroda.
New mobiles & accessories
Brand-new products carry the manufacturer’s warranty as mentioned on the box / invoice.
Keep your invoice safe — brands and service centres usually ask for it.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects under the brand’s terms. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised repair.
Pre-owned / certified phones
Pre-owned devices are quality-checked in store before sale.
Store support cover (if offered on your invoice) applies only as written at the time of purchase.
Cosmetic wear that was disclosed at sale is not a warranty defect.
How to claim support
Bring the device and original invoice to Mahadev Mobiles, Old Bus Stop, Tiroda.
Our team will check the issue and guide you to brand service or store resolution.
For brand warranty, we help with documentation — final approval is with the manufacturer.
