Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident with every purchase. Please read this policy before buying.

Cooling-off / returns

• Phones & tablets: Once sold, devices that have been activated, sealed packaging opened, or registered to an account generally cannot be returned, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing at purchase.
• Unopened accessories in original sealed packaging may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase with the invoice, subject to stock and inspection.
• Items sold as pre-owned / sale / clearance are final sale unless the invoice says otherwise.

Defects on arrival

If a brand-new product is DOA (dead on arrival) or has a clear manufacturing fault found within 48 hours, contact us immediately with the invoice. We will arrange replacement or brand service as applicable.

Refunds

• Approved refunds (rare; usually exchange/store credit) are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
• COD / cash purchases, if refunded, are settled in cash or bank transfer as agreed in store.

Not eligible

• Damaged by misuse, liquid, or unauthorised repair
• Missing box, charger, or accessories that were sold with the product
• Software issues caused by customer apps, accounts, or passwords
